Swiss Machining
At Eden MFG, we have implemented CNC Swiss turning capabilities. By pairing new technology with our processes, we are able to reliably turn metal production parts that require precision and consistency in a production environment. Our Swiss Machining is also set up to produce parts for further operations such as secondary machining, production EDM, or over-molding to produce a total finished device for our customers.
Precision EDM
Eden MFG takes pride in its extensive Precision EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) capabilities, setting the standard for precision and accuracy. Our facilities feature advanced EDM technologies that enable us to meticulously shape and refine complex components with micron-level precision. Our tool making fundamentals allow for increased precision and better surface finishes in a production environment.
5-Axis Machining
5-Axis production machining adds another dimension to our manufacturing capabilities. Cutting-edge 5-axis CNC machines allow us to achieve unparalleled precision and versatility in the production of complex parts and tooling. Implementing a palletized system, we are able to reliably run lights out production on complex metal components. This process helps to increase efficiency and turn-around for our customers.
